The way I understand it (and I'm not a forum moderator or anything official) is that your picture needs to have a sign. The presence of a sign is indicative that the picture is really you -- or at the very least someone you know who is will to hold a sign for you.

Pictures without a sign can easily be fakes / stolen / random internet downloads.

I would think this would apply to using Photoshop or the like to add a cuckolds.com banner to a picture, one could easily grab a random internet pic and spend 5 seconds adding a banner and be completely fake.

A sign actually in the picture is a pretty high probability of real.

In addition to dimensions, there's also a Max Filesize, did you check that?
