The last couple of weeks were hard to manage on my part. My best friend, Andrew, was having the best days of his life though, mostly at my expense (read part one here). My wife, Laryssa, who at one time could not stand him, was now with him more than she was with me (read part two here). And now, rumors were running rampant about their relationship, which I had still was not convinced was happening, but was embarrassing myself in the process of proving (read part three here).
The fact was, it was almost like Andrew and Laryssa were dating the way gossip over the bars, work and the neighbourhood was going around. It made me insanely jealous and turned on at the same time. It wasn't that long ago that Andrew was the neighbourhood loser, everyone hated him, and I kept him around out of sympathy - hey, I liked the guy. He was okay with me to my face, at least. But having my wife, Laryssa, be seen with him in public really put him on the map. Having her apparently be affectionatte towards him made people look at him in a new light. And with that, people were looking down on me, snickering behind my back, not making eye contact with me when I walked by. Even my friends stopped calling as much as they did. Which didn't really bother me until I saw my friends Rob and Joe - the same guys who were complaining to me about Andrew and hated him more than my wife, having dinner with him and my wife at the local restaurant, right in the front window. They were laughing, cheering their beer-glasses together, having a good time. I felt so betrayed, I walked right into the restaurant and went right up to the table. "What's up, guys?", I meekly asked. Rob and Joel nodded to me and looked down at their plates, and Andrew winked at me and pointed his finger and thumbs at me in a pull-the-trigger gesture. Laryssa grabbed my hand and smiled. "Hi honey, what are you doing here?" she asked. "I was just headed home and saw you guys, I guess I missed the phone call from you guys, eh?" I nervously asked. Still no eye contact from my friends. "Yeah, that's it, you must have missed or call", Andrew joked, garnering snickers from Rob and Joel. "Well, I'll pull up a chair and join you guys." I said. "Actually, I don't think they allow that here." Laryssa said. "Well, let's move to a bigger table then!" I said, my tone getting angry. "Dude, way to ruin a good evening", Andrew said under his breath. I felt so isolated. "Laryssa, can I talk to you for a second?", I asked as I pulled her arm up and dragged her to the corner. "Don't cause a scene!", she said to me in a demanding tone. "Don't cause a ---what the fuck, baby, I barely see you anymore, and now you're having dinner with my friends without me...the amount of time you spend with Andrew, it's almost like you two are dating!". I screamed. Now everyone in the restaurant was looking at us. "Honey..." she began. I panicked at how she was going to respond to what I just blurted out and cut her off. "Don't say it. Just...have a good time." I said, walking out the door. As I turned and walked, I tripped over someone's leg and fell on my face, the entire restaurant laughing hard. I looked and saw that it was Andrew's leg, he had stuck his foot out to make me fall. "Sorry buddy!" he said, turning his back to me, high-fiving my friends. Even Laryssa joined in on the laughter. "You're such a bully" she said to him, caressing his shoulder and kissing his cheek. I ran home to the apartment, humiliated beyond belief. The evidence was surrounding me and yet I was in complete denial. My hard-on was raging and I stroked myself faster than a speeding bullet, thinking about Andrew's supposed girlfriend who I never met, who I heard getting fucked hard and fast in the next room...thinking about who this mystery woman was while hearing the rumors about Laryssa and Andrew, and what I saw tonight. I wanted proof - I wanted to see them in action before confronting them. Just then, my cell went off, it was Laryssa. I picked it up expecting a confession of some sort. "Baby," she said to me. "You needn't worry about our spending less time together. I'm just getting to know your friend better, that's all". "I know, but people are talking..." I said to her. "That's awesome!" she said, which made my heart beat. "Look at what I'm doing for your best friend. A few weeks ago, he was an absolute nobody. Now he's the MAN! Everyone loves him, everyone wants to hang with him - I'm putting him over just by being seen with him! Do you really want to take that away from him? You have it all and he has nothing, are you going to be selfish or are you going to be happy for someone else?". It all made sense the way she explained it to me. I was being an asshole, I really was holding Andrew back from his true potential. After all, he deserved to have friends, he deserved to go out and have a good time. Being seen with my wife was really putting him in the spotlight, and only good things for him would come out of that. "I love you baby, you're the best, that's why I married you." I said to her. "I gotta go honey, love ya!" she said and pressed a button. I think she thought she hung up, but I could still hear her on the other end. "Hello?" I asked, but she couldn't hear me. But I could hear two people in the room. I could hear Andrew's voice and I could hear Laryssa's. "You baby him". Andrew said. "I was doing damage control." she responded. Dead silence for a few minutes, then the distinct sound of slurping, like someone having their mouth full. I heard Andrew moan, then moan my wife's name, then more slurping...then my wife's moan...I looked down at my pants and realized I had came without even touching myself. |
